To ensure efficiency and avoid unnecessary waste, we've implemented a one toner order limit process, instead of keeping spare toners on the shelf. Over time, we’ve found that storing extra toners can lead to loss, misplacement, or improper storage, sometimes resulting in additional costs to the client. The waste toner bottle will also notify you when it’s time to order a replacement. The only way it can fill up and stop the machine from operating is if the notification is ignored.
